本声明用于说明黄甯女士 (Ning Huang) 自2025年4月23日起，所创作之“节奏文明观”系列内容，包括文字作品、AI协作生成内容（音乐、图像、文本等）、节奏型写作方法与跨文明概念构架，均为其原创或主导生成之创作成果，具备独立创作性与系统构思性，依法享有全部著作权与相关权利。
为维护文明节奏之原创权益，特声明如下：
① 原创权说明
所有发表于 ning-huang.org、YouTube、微信公众号与B站专栏的“节奏文明观”相关内容，皆为黄甯原创内容或其主导AI协作之成果。其节奏结构、语言模组、感官设计与跨文明连结，属其独创性表达，不得拆解、挪用、误用或语境转置。
② AI协作说明
本系列内容采用生成式AI工具（含 ChatGPT、Claude、DeepSeek、Gemini 等）进行协作，所有 AI 协作生成内容，均基于黄甯原创构想，在其节奏引导、语言风格调控与语气人格养成过程中完成。每一成果皆经历数十轮人机共构、结构规划与深度人工修订，构成具独立著作权属性之节奏文明共创作品。AI仅为辅助性工具，主体创作逻辑与原创性表达均为人类作者所有。AI协作过程日志（包括提示词、迭代版本、人工修正记录）已加密存档，必要时可作为司法证据。
③ 原始存证方式
所有作品已通过 Arweave 区块链及联合信任时间戳（www.tsa.cn）双通道存证，建立创作节点之不可篡改记录，确保时间先占与原创主张。
④ 国际备案与版权体系说明
本作品系列已通过世界知识产权组织（WIPO）数字备案系统（WIPO PROOF）完成指纹存证，并采用 Creative Commons 署名-非商业性使用-禁止演绎 4.0 国际许可协议（CC BY-NC-ND 4.0）。

This statement affirms that all contents created by Ms. Ning Huang since April 23, 2025, under the framework of “Rhythm Civilization View”, including textual works, AI-assisted generative content (music, images, texts, etc.), rhythm-based writing methodology, and cross-civilizational conceptual structures, are her original or co-generated intellectual creations. They are independently conceived and systematically developed, with full copyright and related rights held by the author under applicable laws.
To safeguard the originality and creative sovereignty of the rhythm-based civilization discourse, the following declarations are made:
① Statement of Originality
All works published on ning-huang.org, YouTube, WeChat Official Account, and Bilibili column under the “Rhythm Civilization View” are either original creations by Ning Huang or AI-assisted works under her full direction. The rhythm structures, linguistic modules, sensory design, and civilizational interlinkages represent unique expressions that may not be deconstructed, appropriated, misused, or contextually displaced.
② AI Collaboration Clause
This series involves collaboration with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, DeepSeek, Gemini). All AI-assisted content is based on original concepts by Ning Huang, developed through her guidance of rhythm, calibration of linguistic style, and cultivation of tonal-personality resonance. Each work has undergone dozens of rounds of human–AI co-creation, structural planning, and in-depth human revision, resulting in rhythm civilization co-creations with independent authorship and copyright status. AI serves solely as a supportive instrument; the core creative logic and expressions remain human-authored.
AI collaboration logs (including prompts, iterative versions, and human revision records) are securely archived and available as legal evidence if required.
③ Proof of Authorship
All works are timestamped and permanently recorded through a dual-channel notarization system:

④ International Registration & Licensing
